By now, I’m sure you’re well aware of the news that Absolute Zero is hanging up their translation hats and deciding to move on. Certainly unfortunate for anyone who wanted to play unreleased Tales games such as Tales of Destiny Remake in English… or is it? Unbeknownst to most people–including throughhim413–is that the torch has been passed, and we here at KAJITANI-EIZAN’s Patch Site: Reimagination aren’t willing to see the best Tales game never to come to western shores stay that way.
That’s right, we’ve made recent progress on a longstanding project–Tales of the World: Narikiri Dungeon 2!
Released in 2002, this handheld escort title places you in the shoes of the orphans Julio Sven and Caro Orange. The Goddesses of their Great Tree have summoned the Tales heroes from Phantasia, Destiny, and Eternia to combat an ancient threat involving the fate of the very world, but even their combined strength isn’t enough. Only the pure hearts of teenagers with attitude can save the day, bestowed with the mightiest divine power known to man–the power of Roleplaying.
It’s certainly a cute side game with fun interactions between various members of the old guard of Tales party members. You can also spend hours perfecting your cosplay so you can wow everyone at the next convention/boss fight. While additional Higher EMOhgeez aren’t on the to-do list, some additional quality of life features will probably manage to make it on:
While preliminary, I’m glad to share some of our recent progress on the best unlocalized Tales game to–What’s that? You wanted to know about Hearts or Destiny? I did say unlocalized, right? We already have Hales of Tarts R, and Tales of the Destined Chronicles is coming soon for iOS/Android, so why would you want those?
Until next time, friends!

Well, we were awaiting the result of your work in the DS version of ToH and the Destiny’s Director’s Cut, bro. As simple as that :/ And I hope still to see it someday getting for real. Never lost my trust on you, in spite of your particular trolling 🙂
Anyway, is good to see some improvement in a project from yours.

Your particular brand of trolling is always equal parts enraging and amusing. Somehow I actually had my hopes the end of Absolute Zero business was all an elaborate troll recommended by you for a spectacular April Fools joke. Hmm.

By the way. I believe. 100%. Bring it home, Kajitani-Eizan. Bring Stahn home. Don’t care how long it takes.

How has no one pointed out the hidden link in the second paragraph? The full patch was released in typical kaji fashion. Well done, playing now.

Can we get another hint besides 2nd paragraph, X?
This is so freakin’ annoying if he did release the full patch but hid it like this, I’ve tried EVERYTHING…

WHERE IS HEARTS DS TRANSLATION PATCH?!?

I realize I’m two months late on this, but I’m glad Kaji is still making his april fool’s day posts. I was kinda worried after he skipped last year, but it seems all is well.

Simple answer to your inquiry in Tales of Hearts DS:
Like with Innocence, the game is NOT the same. The art is different, some choice of music is difference.
What makes Hearts more jarring is that the DS game is 2D, and Hearts R is 3D, some people prefer the 2D titles over the 3D one (and yes, in 2D VS 3D of a game I USUALLY favor its 2D version).

Be honest: you quit because you know you can’t top Bamco’s legendary ToHR localization.
